Customers say

Customers find the laptop to be of good quality. The battery life receives mixed feedback, with some customers reporting that the laptop stops charging altogether. Nice size and weight and performs well for the price. My only criticisms are to do with the windows operating system ( windows 11 ) of which I am not a fan but it isn’t fair to criticise the laptop for that but I do like the speed it starts up and I like the included fingerprint security sensor and once you have got the hang of windows even that isn’t too bad 🙂

I’ve thrown so much at it and it has stuttered at times but that’s with so many downloads in the background and apps open to set up, can’t imagine it’ll be an issue at all in the future. Perfect screen for streaming and Dolby Atmos settings mean it can go louder than I’ll ever need. Keyboard is great to type on and large touchpad with gestures works incredibly well. Can’t imagine much touching it for the £500 paid and I’d researched extensively. One negative is the one year warranty, let’s hope that won’t be an issue. Fast charging is great also. Just can’t fault it. Glad I ignored some of the negatives reviews. The whole set up was a breeze. Very happy with my purchase.
